Hi Tom,You have nothing to apologize for. I'm sure the sight of that Plymouth struck many of us the same way, I know it did me. I sometimes get the same feeling when doing the necessary chore of salvage yard scrounging for parts for my cars. You just had the guts to print it.
I glad that you're in better shape than the car! Jim L. in OR '60 Crown 4dr Southampton '62 Crown 4dr Southampton----- Original Message ----- From: "Tom Hubbard" <tom_hubbard1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Sorry for my earlier (and maudlin) response. I must say though, I'm a lot better off after 50 years than the Plymouth is! Well-preserved and not in much need of restoration. --- Tom Hubbard <tom_hubbard1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:It's all kind of sad. It's more than a car--it's lost youth, faded hopes, and disillusionment. I know it's a tired expression but it sort of proves that you can't go home again. For what it's worth I was around in '57 but not yet in kindergarten. (Sorry, I'm kind of tired today. Doubt if that made any sense) ;) --- randalpark@xxxxxxx wrote: > I'm glad it wasn't an Imperial. What a waste.
