This
could have been a dealer modification, but it seems more likely someone did a
custom job.....hopefully they did a good job. They may have grafted a
portion of an original LeBaron roof onto the 2 door body.
Also
note the FlightSweep decklid was not available from the factory in 1962 nor was
there LeBaron script on the decklid of a standard LeBaron that year. And
did someone mention the stainless roof panels? Another option dropped by
1962.
It's
worth a serious look.
