The correct link is 
http://www.imperialclub.com/registry/vin_decode.htm.  You won't get 
much information out of a 1960 VIN.  All it will give you is the make 
(Imperial), Series (Custom, Crown, Lebaron), model year, assembly 
plant, and the sequential build number.
