Marty,
The same thing has happened in my 64 Coupe. First the odometer, then about
2 months later the speedometer also quit. I have had it troubleshot down to
the dashboard speedometer in my car. Everything is okay up until the head
unit where the cable connects under the dash. I still haven't had mine
repaired yet and its been 3 years already.....I have heard its quite a task
to remove my instrument panel.

My odometer stopped working after a load click noise. The speedometer is
still working fine. Any suggestions on what it is and how to fix it?
