Dietmar,
I think I may have the same condition on my 60. I originally thought it was
something in the suspension but everything checked out fine and tight. I
hear a clunk sometimes when accelerating and at rest if I get the suspension
bouncing hard I can hear it. Was it only one tranny mount? How difficult
is it to get to?
Thanx
Tom

Second try to post this to the IML
Dietmar
MY 60 has the exhaust running through two tiny holes in the frame.
Sometimes
I heard a *clung clung* while accelerating. The reason was a new but weak
transmission mount.
I ordered a new one with polyurethane instead of rubber and now a have a

% Luxury car.
