A.  64-66 are the same frame/suspension.  65 = 66 in
that area, so order from Gary with confidence on that
one.

B.  There is an entire section on Vendors on the club
website.  I mention this because I spend so much time
there that it seems like second nature to look there
for info on vendors, since I like instant
gratification.  There are a few others there too. 

C.  I got mine from Andy Bernbaum.
