Tim,

The part numbers are as follows:

'Imperial' 3506 636
'by Chrysler' 3612 864

Check at the Imperial website for part listings.

Sorry about sending this to the list, but it seems those two name
plates are hard to come by, and anyone else that wants the part
numbers, they have it now.
