Chris, any time you go for a #1 restoration; you're in big $$$ territory. Unlike a really good #2, it's beyond the skills of any one person, so there won;t be much to save in labor you do for yourself. But hey, if the kids are through school, the house is already paid off, and the pension fund isn't underwater: why not?
