Either way, the roof trim must come off to install the panels, and the headliner must be "disturbed".

Will it also be possible to glue the inserts in place (with epoxy glue maybe?) so that I won't have to disturb the headliner and roof trim?

I really like them a lot, allthough they are already high on the dollar at Ebay...
However, I don't want to tear down the headliner if that is necessary to fit those inserts.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to mount these roof panels? ----- Original Message ----- From: "PAUL WENTINK" <randalpark@xxxxxxx> To: <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, March 09, 2008 2:06 PM Subject: Re: IML: Roof panel inserts They are made to fit a four door. I believe that the request was for a Two Door, which requires longer panels. Also, these specific panels will only work on '60 & '61. They could be made to work on '62, but would require some skill, and the acquisition of a several more expensive trim pieces. 1963 had a completely different roof line and these will NOT fit that year. There is a pair for sale on E-bay for the 1961-63 Imperial. I'm not sure if those are the years he was looking for. They are item # 200206339211.
