Well, it was confirmed today:
the recently replaced sending unit in the gas tank was pronounced
"non-operational." Therefore, it would appear that I am in need
of a NOS / NORS, functioning, gas tank sending unit (or whatever is proper
terminology?) for my 64 Crown Coupe. I don't have access to Hollanders let
alone the MOPAR part number [don't know if it same as Chrysler or others, or
what years are interchangeable] but if any one is able to provide information
leading to the acquisition of a functioning sending unit, please answer
