1968 Imperial Reviewed

I just got my 5/68 Motor Trend in the mail, and
coincidentally it has a review of the new Imperial in
it.

To quote just the recap: "LeBaron had no trouble
negotiating San Francisco's famous hills and bridges
(see photos), handling and ride are excellent. Low
windsheild line gives good visibility. Dashboard is
well laid out with easy to grasp and use toggle
switches. Interior comfort is outstanding, but boxy,
angular styling and lack of distinction give car a
mediocre look. Luggage space is good."

I'll post this soon, but I sure hope that the 67
people don't try to use this styling thing aginst the
68'ers. There IS still that '67 Osama photo to live
down....

Think I'll wait for '73.
