Sorry... I can't tell what code you refer to. 

 

The body code plate should be on the driver side fender around the cruise control.  Bottom line contains VIN.  List of numbers second from the bottom has body code.  First three numbers/letters should be exterior color.  According to my 82 FSM "Daystar Blue" code is VC1 and "Daystar Blue Poly" (assume crystal coat) is VC3.  I'll guess that is FS edition blue but I'd have to run outside to check under my hood to be sure.  Next group is interior color TB2 is light blue. 

 

Digits 14-15-16 are month and day of order.

 

According to standard catalog of Chryslers for 1983 "The Sinatra edition was abandoned."
