You're right, I haven't taken a flashlight and a dentist's mirror to inspect
the inside of the inner panel of the door sheetmetal. I'm obsessive, but
not quite that bad yet! I did notice that the "undercoat" (actually body
schutz), is covered with white overspray on my white car inside the doors,
so they must have sprayed around quite a bit inside the car when painting
them.
