rust spots

Hi Curtis,(and List),

There is a product called Por-15 that is made for problems that you
describe. Here is a link: http://www.por15.com
The stuff is like paint at first...but once it dries,it is there for good.
The best way I can describe it is like a plastic-epoxy-superglue when dry.
It comes in Gloss Black and Semi-Gloss Black. I use the Semi because paint
or primer sticks to it better. Allegedly it is avail in White...but I have
never seen White POR-15.

Use gloves. If you get it on your skin,as the label on the top of the can
implies: "Only TIME will remove it from your skin."

Call around to your local Auto-Body supply store for availability.

Steve from Albany,N.Y. <--used POR and got it on me again today. Ugh. In 2
weeks it should be gone. :o(
'75 Imp 4dr <--no time to drive it.
'79 440 powered 35 ft RV <--removed the front,roof-mounted A/C unit by
myself yesterday. Damn thing was heavy!
