The emails that you read daily go to over 500 people.
When you see something that you want to reply to, and start
it out with the sender's name, that should be a signal that
you are writing to them, and not to the entire list.

It is considered a common courtesy to delete the mailing
list email address in the TO: section, replacing it with
the sender's, to be found in the original message.
The number of messages that are between 2 people that I am
being obliged to read have risen faster than the pollen
count lateley, and I ask that you censor yourself in this
most public forum. Please, folks, These are the rules that
you agreed to when joining up!
