81-83 Carb Retrofit wiring diagrams

Congratulations to Dan for doing an enormous amount of work, and to Elijah
for his efforts also.  I did very little, but I am very pleased to see this
posted for posterity!   Manuals for these conversions are rare as hen's
teeth, and I know Dan has been chasing this goal since at least 1999
(getting it all posted on the IML web site).
