This is a common problem with these motors.  It's easy
to swap the working motor over to a good gear.  Now
all you have to do is find the gear.  No one makes
them to my knowledge.  Check with our parts vendors
for used motors,  Bob Hoffmeister, Murry Park, Lowell
Howe, etc.
