1967 stalling after idle

Greg:

Check to be sure your exhaust system is not plugged up somewhere.  I
encountered
this once on a 1966 where the exhaust pipe just past the manifold had
internally
collapsed although it looked OK outside.  Once this was replaced, the
car
ran fine again.  Good luck,
