HELP! Wiper switch knob removal

'65 Crown:

I'm trying to get my headlight switch out to replace the breaker to solve my
flashing headlight problem.

But to get the headlight switch out, I have to remove the bezel and to
remove the bezel I have to remove the wiper switch knob.

I haven't been able to locate a push tab on the back of the wiper switch to
release the knob like I did for the headlight switch. I can barely get a
hand back there to feel around, much less do anything. So how much of my
dash do I have to take apart to do this? Does the knob come off from the
front?

I'd love to finish this before dark so I can take my girlfriend out...

(I love the FSM: "remove wiper switch knob...")
