The owner is a fellow named Dennis, who seems to be a genuinely nice man. He's got a website at www.qualityrestorations.com (currently website is down). Please note that I do not yet have the finished product back from him, so cannot comment as to the quality of his work. I will update the membership when I get the wheel back.
