6 volt vs 12 volt

I put many, many miles on my 1938 with the straight 8 engine and 6 volt
system back in the 1950's.
In both hot and very cold weather.  I never had a starting or performance
problem.  It was totally original, including the battery.

I wish I still ran that good.
