Information on Insurance

I have been insured by J.C.Grundy for 28 years with a 31 Franklin, a 49
Jeepster, a 51 Pontiac, and a 54 Pontiac for $125. I do not have collision
where if I am at fault they pay for my car, but they are supposed to pay for
comprehensive, which is glass, fire, flood, wind damage, and damage that
occurs other than if I drive into something else for $120 a year total.
I had a car damaged in a tornado about 8 years ago, and they paid
fully, promptly, and without arguement. My premium did not change
afterwards, either.
This year, I did have a little problem in that they failed to send me a
renewal statement bill, and so they canceled me for non payment of premium.
I sent in the premium with penalty and they reinstated me. However, they
have not yet sent me the renewal policy, nor do I have the insurance cards
for my cars, so I can not drive them on the road. I have complained to the
Insurance department of the state of Illinois about that. Until now, I have
never hads a complaint about these people.
