Air Cleaner Housing for a '72 Imp

I have not done it yet but plan on making several dual
snorkle units for sale.  It would be very easy to take
a snorkle from an old cleaner and cut the hole, weld
it in, and paint.  I guess the issue would be the
actual length of each snorlke for the particular car. 
I have one from a ??? and the two snorkles are not the
same length.
