Turn signal not blinking

Try replacing the flasher first, each blinker has its own flasher. The bulbs 
are not in a series, so if your dash bulb was out, the blinker would still 
work up front as well as the flasher. If these remedies don't work, you'll 
have to trace the wire down with a tester. I hope this helps.
