Chevy Imperial ?

And imagine in ... France !!
"what is this car ? (looking at the script) "sure it's a (Imperial)
Cadillac, can't be a Corvette, see the tailfins, can't be a Mustang,
too long". French people know only cad', corvette or mustang..
When i'm in a good mood i try to explain that it's an Imperial, then a
"top of the line" Chrysler (yes they know Chrysler 'cause Chrysler
bought Simca), then (because they don't understand) a Chrysler Imperial.
But when i'm tired of these questions (or if i'm in a bad mood..), "it's
an Imperial, IMPERIAL" and i leave them with an imperial attitude ! Sure
that they think "he's a boor, why he doesn't have a Dauphine or a
Peugeot 504"

Life is too short to drive ordinary french cars... (except a V8 Facel
Vega with Chrysler engine perhaps)
