If you go to www.newark.com (electronic components distributor, kind of like
DigiKey) you can do a quick search for MJ2955, which they recognize.

Unfortunately, the on-hand quantity is 0, and the lead-time is 15-90 days.
Which in this economy may mean they can't actually get them.
I did not attempt to order any, but you might.  Good luck.
