my 1960 le baron arrived saftley

Thanks Dave and Kenyon for your info on the hubcaps, I am pretty sure they
are the originals, they have five spinner things and in the centre, on a
round bit its got the words Le baron and in dead centre the plastic circle
with a crown emblem which is red and blue, if it was in front of me right
now I could explain it better but its in the shed and im going off my
memory, does this sound like the right ones, I hope you can interpret my
description , ha ha.
if they are I will have to take very good care of them by the sounds as I
will not be able to afford to pay those prices for a hubcap.
I have recently met Luke in new zealand who owns the other 60 and I have
seen his car at a swap meeting a few years back and thought what a cool car
it was, I never dreamed I would have one similar myself, I must say I think
the pillarless is soooo cool.
There is also another 60 Le baron in new zealand , so that's 3 I know of
here, thanks for the info on how many may be left , not very many by the
sounds, so I shall keep it in the shed out of the rain and slowly fix it up,
I bought a cheap set of hubcaps on ebay the guy said they were out of a 58
Chrysler, should I use those on long trips or would that look bad?(that's if
the hubcaps on are the hard to find ones)
