If you mean the aftermarket carpet type mats, I'm sure they are. There is also no difference in the factory leatherette dash top pads due to the MODEL of the car. However, there ARE differences due to different accessories being fitted to the car. The main one you need to get right is the Twilight Sentinel. If you get a replacement dash pad, make sure it matches your car in that respect, and in color. I believe all 68's got the sensor grille for the ATC system whether or not that system was actually fitted, but it wouldn't hurt to verify that the replacement matches your car in that respect also. The actual sensor will have to be transferred for both of these accessories if your car has that particular option. I am not certain whether the automatic headlight dimmer affects the dash pad, but there is that possibility also - best to check, as a mistake can lead to a lot of grief! On my 67 Convertible, I recently changed a dash pad and used one from a car with the Twilight Sentinel, thinking I could just disguise the old hole somehow. After installation, it really bothered me, so I obtained a whole Twilight Sentinel system and am in the process of installing it, just so the hole in the dash pad looks right! This is a lot of work, and for very little reward (although I do like the operation of the TS system on my other cars).
