The hunting up and down idle speed is normal for these cars. Some do it worse than others. A search of the IML archives will bring up exhaustive discussions of this and it's cause, but the bottom line is, you learn to live with it. The rough idle on a warm restart sounds to me that there may be a small fluid gas leak in the plumbing inside the HSA (leaving a small amount of liquid gas in the intake manifold after shut down). If you look in the IML archives, you'll see a discussion of how to run the engine with the air cleaner lid off. If you do this, you should be able to track down seepage of fuel. I'd suspect any of the plumbing from the control fuel pump to the nozzle regulators.
