Oops! I meant around the Central NY area, I have never seen
another 80s. Sorry. I was at Carlisle last year. It was the best!
My Imp won't be going anywhere for a while. It's up on (solid
wood) blocks in the garage, and I am trying to get the crossover
pipe off, so that I can change the bearings and oil pump. So far
I've managed to get two of the exhaust bolts off. A third is loose.
Has anyone ever taken the crossover pipe off of an 80's Imp?
Those front catalytic converters look heavy. I might wire them
up to keep them from smacking me.
Also, looks like ALL of my exhaust pipes were 'thoughtfully'
tack welded together. I will have to try and grind the welds off
with something.
