About 7 years ago, I posted the results of some hard work by then member Jeff Guarino, who painstakingly stripped the boards of the goop, and made schematics and parts lists for the ASDM, the power module, and the fuel flow meter. I no longer have access to that material due to numerous computer crashes since that time, but I believe this information is still on the IML site. I don't believe the RTMA number for the semiconductors was posted, but I'm sure any EE can figure out a plug in replacement for the transistor by studying the schematic. That description would include me, but I'm retired and very busy with family and other projects, so I hope someone else can pop up with a suggested replacement. If you are an EE (since you recognize a TO-3 case, I suspect you are), take a crack at it yourself. If you absolutely cannot find the info, bug me off line, and I'll see what I can dig up (don't get in a hurry!).
