Ram Induction Manifold/ Air Cleaner

Hello All,
 On the cover of a Motor Trend of sometime in 1960, there is a picture of a ram tuned 383. The actual intake manifolds are red. The air cleaners are gold. Of course as we all know, this is not the definitive answer. I would assume that the factory might have used different colors for different applications.
