413 vs 400 engine swap

I agree with the list here, a 400 is no replacement
for a 413.  If you had to do anything, go for the 440,
you can get them rebuilt fairly cheaply compared to
the 413.  plus, both a 440 and 413 are RB big blocks,
the 400 and 383 are low deck designs, so the 440 would
at least "look right" in place of the 413.
