Definitely an unusual situation on an Imperial, much less a Satellite or Duster. The rarity's value can be highly variable. Look at the car as if it had a normal vinyl roof that needed replacement or will need replacement soon. Those tops are in repro, somewhere, it seems, but can be expensive just for the B-body size much less an Imperial. Be sure to check the data plate for documentation too.
