My new '66

Hello List,
I am going to be picking up my new project next Friday or Saturday. It will be a 10 hour round trip from Jacksonville, FL to Davie, FL not counting fuel stops and food/necessary stops. Hopefully, I will be able to make the trip in 12 hours. This is the only '66 Imperial I have been able to find in the Florida area. It has been stored by someone that couldn't come up with the money for storage so, it is being sold to clear out the yard it sits in (along with several other makes of cars). This car was on ebay twice with only a one line description and no picture, and, went off with no bid. I contacted the seller and offered him $500.00 after his opening bid of $600.00 with no sale. He went for it and now I have to go after it.
I am not too keen on the dark color but, I can live with it. My '66 Crown Coupe
2 dr ht is white over turquoise. My wife is not too sure of it but, . . . . . she always did like my Crown Coupe.
Tires are flat but will hold air to load her up on the trailer. She doesn't run and the seller doesn't know what is wrong as this was not his car. I guess I'll find out. It is all still there, though, so I do have something to work with. Now just need a place to work on her without offending the neighborhood busi-bodies.

Have an Imperial day,
