400 Engine Question for the Experts

I have a 400 engine which I want to list on Ebay. Along with the history of the engine I would like to add the information which can be useful concerning the technical aspects of this item.

The following is what I have from the engine:

3614230-6          I assume this would be the part number?

2G219194          Serial number?

0461                  Casting number? (Rougher looking than the other numbers)

7-71                   Manufacturing Date   Im sure of this by logic...

also an arrow on a clock looking face pointing to the 6   What is that representing?

Last but not least: what models of chryslers were these engines used on in 1972?
