Look under the hood of my 1954 imperial and the wiring will scare you. Much of the insulation is brittle and coming off. Everything was still working until recently. Now my headlights only come on occasionally when the switch is first pulled out and then they go off. Dash lights will not work either. Does this sound like switch or wiring problem? Also is a wiring harness available for this car or would I have to make one up?Any tips appreciated
