the last hull at the evansville plant



Lackland AFB?!!  Wow.  That does take me back some years.  I arrived at
Lackland 42 years ago on 13 July to start basic training.  Was one of the
best things I ever did in my life, and there are days when I wish I'd stayed
in and become a career officer -- which USAF kept courting me to do.
