Imperial in Old Town, Alexandria, VA

Just saw what may have been a '59 or '60 (not sure on
the year, but mega tailfins) navy blue crown coupe
with the tire option on the trunklid driving through
Old Town, Alexandria, VA this evening (Thursday). 
Would this be an IMLer?  A beautiful car indeed. 
Looks brand new!
