'Collectable Vehicle Insurance'

Our Ins Co. covers our '64, no problem.  The rate is low because it is not
driven much and we carry high deductibles on it.  Now, if we want the
SPECIAL  rate (they call it "Chrome Car"), we have to certify that it is
garaged.
