IML: Steering box

My car steers light and perfect, but it leak badly. I replaced the pitman arm seal and it has not stopped the leak. I hate to pay 350.00 for a seal and I know it is not likley to drive as well after someone goes in there. So, anybody that can guide me through the best process to remove the box and what to look for. I will be taking the heads off in a week or so that may make it easier. All input welcome.
