IML: Selling a 413 engine w/heads...

I just pulled my 413 out of my 1965 Le Baron.  I am currently building a 440 for it (I know it's not what came with it originally, but I would like a little more power).
I am offering it to my compadres in the club first before I put it on e-bay.
It will come complete w/heads, intake manifold and original carb.  Sorry, But I need the valve covers and exhaust manifolds for my 440.  The engine has 117k miles on it and I'm pretty sure it's never been rebuilt.  It is in Pomona, and I can't ship it to you, you either pick it up or make other arrangements.
