How do you detect a shady buyer?

you will get alot of these offers. they are all scams.if they send you a check it will appear good at the time. they will send you a check for more than the price of the car and ask you to forward the difference to someone else. shortly after you do that the bank will notify you that the original cashiers check was no good and you will be liable for the entire amount. guess what? you will never hear from the buyer again. sell your car in this country and use everything at your disposable to guarantee a safe sale.  dennis
