1962 Imperial Disk Brake Conversion?

They changed to the conventional Bendix brakes in 63 which indeed are a lot better in my opinion.

Though my cars a 63 I can tell you that my brakes are fine and apart from
fade sometimes after and during a heavy stop they work fine and I do drive
it at over a 100 mph sometimes and our freeways are heavy with fast traffic
and I still have confidence in them with a bit of reading the road ahead
type driving.
