Kenyon is right there is no perfect floor coating. They will all show wear. I
did my Shop with a good quality oil based Exterior Porch & Deck paint. It has
stood up fairly well. I can scrub up the oils spots for the most part. When it
gets to bad I re-coat it. It is after all a WORK SHOP. The Hanger floors where
I work were done professionally with a epoxy coating. They look no better than
my shop floor. Doing a light color helps brighten the shop up.
