IML: Looking for old hemi(?) air cleaners

Hi, folks --

When I put my project car's engine together it will have dual inline quads
-- at least to start with until I get tired of them and revert to a single
4bbl.

I saw a similar setup on a 440 C-body.  They give good hood clearance and
look sharp as all get-out.  The owner said these are old hemi air cleaners,
but I can't find a part number anywhere.  This link is to a picture of his
engine.

Please help me identify this air cleaner and tell me where I can buy two of
them if you know.
