Nice to see another '59 on the list. Ours is a '59 4-door Crown also, but Persian Pink with a white roof. Our is complete, but in pieces. We got some new taillights from George Laurie (who is in Australia) and they are really neat! We're still looking for the backup light lenses. Another member of the IML was able to help us out with the rings around the taillights and another member helped us with the parking lights in front. The interior is pretty much shot, we think there may have been a fire in it as the carpet came out in chunks and there is charring on the headliner around the light. Still seeing whether we can save the upholstery, which is not original. Good luck with your restoration and hope to hear from you some more!

Self-Introduction: Just getting started on a Imperial restoration. Above the trim line is fairly decent (except the paint!), below the trim line is lots of decay! Lots of work to do. Lots to learn. Looking forward to it.
