IML: Window Motors

Hey Crew...so after the couple weeks of heavy rains in so cal, the driver side window wouldnt roll up and down any more. I did the usual troubleshooting and discovered that the motor casing was full of rusty water...so ive cleaned all these motors a couple of times now but never anything this bad...im assuming the motor is shot? whats the cheapest fix here?
