IML: help for a french friend

Hi all,
A friend of mine just bought the '60 Imp 2dr HT on ebay (item 4503115842) but he has some problem of "communication" with the seller perhaps because franck doesn't speak very well english. Is there someone in the Idaho who could help him ? The car is in Boise, Idaho.

Note that the buyer (Franck) is on the IML, he bought some months ago, a '60 convertible.
