IML: MAIL REFUSED -

Yesterday I tried five times in different ways- plain text, rich text, html  - to
send a clean !  message - to the IML
I even sent a copy to Mike & Christine Trettin
The only message I got back TODAY  was this:

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients.
This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Connection refused:
retry timeout exceeded"


What is wrong? I asked already several times...
This never happened in former times ...

Is is a HOME SECURITY Problem ?
To mails coming from Germany ?
